- 1 small head white cabbage,including outer green leaves 2½ pounds
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
How to make Sauteed Cabbage Recipe
First of all you have to cut cabbage in half and with the cut side down,then slice it thinly around
The core,as though you were making coleslaw and discard the core.after that melt unsalted butter
In a large saute Pan or bottomed pot over medium high heat.when butter will melt add cabbage,
Add, kosher salt,and also black pepper and saute it for 10 to 15 min,and stirring occasionally till the Cabbage soft and start to brown.after take off from heat and serve it warm.
