- 1½pounds young kale,steam and leaves coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic , finely sliced
- ½cup vegetable stock or water
- As per need salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Firstly you have to heat olive oil in large saucepan over the medium high heat.
